How it works

What is an LP token and How to get it?
Liquidity provider tokens or LP tokens are issued to liquidity providers on a decentralized exchange (DEX) that runs on an automated market maker (AMM) protocol. PancakeSwap , Yoshi.exchange, SpookySwap, Uniswap, and are some examples of popular DEXs that distribute LP tokens to their liquidity providers.
LP tokens are used to track individual contributions to the overall liquidity pool, as LP tokens held correspond proportionally to the share of liquidity in the overall pool.
In order to get LP tokens you need to add liquidity on a selected DEX with 1ART tokens.
Why do I receive rewards from it?
Liquidity is one of the most important elements of the sustainable growth of any projects. By increasing liquidity we make 1ART token less volatile and give the ability to any big market player to buy or sell a token on any amount without significant price impact. This also impacts the market price as you effectively remove part of the token supply from circulation during this time, growing the LP against which others can execute live trades. At the same time, it shows that the community is willing to commit to supporting the token for an extended period of time.

2. Liquidity Providers earn trading fees
- Providing liquidity gives you a reward in the form of trading fees when people use your liquidity pool. Whenever someone trades on PancakeSwap, the trader pays a 0.25% fee, of which 0.17% is added to the Liquidity Pool of the swap pair they traded on. In this case your LP token value grows too.
3. LP Value Growth
